Carriage Inn: Your Destination for Mouthwatering BBQ and Burgers in North Kingstown

Thoroughly enjoyed every dish I’ve ordered from the pickle chips to the poutine fries to the chicken Alfredo. Sit in the room off the bar next to the fire and you won’t be disappointed but you’ll never want to leave.

Have visited this place for years and recently had the opportunity to do some decor for a small party as a vendor. Consistency visit for a meal out or a special occasion as this was where my husband and I had our first date years ago. Food is always wonderful and the staff is always wonderful! A friend of ours decided to plan her daughter’s baby shower here and it was a great success! We are available through the owner to offer fun party planning & decor for any occasion! Cool place with original building from the 1700 and an addition. Great lunch specials. Food was fantastic. Waitress and staff were great, my drink was never empty. Will definitely return on my next time in area.

Krystle captures paranormal went for an event with dining with the dead and we had a blast. This cute historic restaurant has charm. The food served ( specifically the chicken and salad was delicious!!) and we all had a great time. Thank you to the owners, and event staff. Hopefully we will be able to come back!

Always an enjoyable time. Great menu, good craft beer selection, friendly staff and attentive service. Also a really nice function room. It’s nice to have a local family owned restaurant that doesn’t feel like a corporate experience. But even if they didn’t have all that going on I would still go for the hot redhead waitress.

The food was to die for. So my father took the family out for lunch and we wanted to try the carriage inn. They have been i have not. And omg one when I seen the menu the prices were quite high yes, but once you got the amount of food u got that price didnt seem high anymore lol. Since my father got alot of appetizers I just got the chicken cutlet dinner with mash tators and baked potatoe. And I took a couple bites of it all and was full. My son got the steak loved it was trying to lick his plate clean. My daughter got the kids Mac and cheese and she even had to bring home leftovers!!! Will be returning 100% only thing we didnt enjoy was the service wasn't super busy at all and the waitress was just never to be found but honestly I can over look that because the food was just amazing

What a wonderful experience all around at this restaurant! We ordered Thai wings that came out nice and hot and absolutely delicious! I got the Ahi Tuna salad that was so so good and fresh! Our waitress was so friendly and helpful and we were sat in front of the fire! Highly recommend!

Took my parents for lunch there which was a first time visit for all of us. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic! Staff was friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to our needs! The Prime rib shepards pie was absolutely delicious along with the poutine and the open-faced prime rib sandwich! Can't wait to try other things on the menu. Will definitely go back again!
